Henry Lowenfels is the President and Chief Business Officer of Homa, a mobile publisher focused on providing game creators the tools and expertise needed to turn their ideas into mass-market hits. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at OneTeam Partners, where he oversaw the games and digital media business, joining as a founding employee in 2020 and leaving following RedBird Capital's exit at a $1.9B valuation. Prior to joining OneTeam, Henry was one of the first 25 employees at Scopely where he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, overseeing corporate development and strategy initiatives as well as partnerships with game developers and IP holders as the company scaled to a multi-billion dollar valuation.

Michael Worosz is the Chief Strategy Officer for Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO), where he leads strategy, business development and M&A for the Company. Michael and his team led the acquisitions of Zynga, Gearbox Entertainment, Popcore, Storemaven, Roll7, Nordeus, Dynamixyz, Playdots, Social Point, Kerbal Space Program, and several other businesses and properties. Under Michael's leadership, Take-Two has made numerous early-stage investments in ventures in or adjacent to the games industry, including Twitch, Scopely, Proletariat, Bunch, Horizon Games, and others. Michael is also the Founder and General Manager of Private Division, Take-Two’s independent games publishing label, which includes two game studios, Intercept Games and Roll7, as well as a publishing organization charged with helping the world’s most creative game developers bring their ideas to life in bold, new interactive experiences. Private Division has published several award-winning titles and commercial hits, including No Rest For The Wicked, The Outer Worlds, Hades, Kerbal Space Program, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, Olli Olli World, and Rollerdrome. Before his tenure at Take-Two, Michael worked in private equity at Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC), as well as in corporate and business development roles at CBS Corporation and Microsoft Corporation. Prior to his career in business and technology, Michael was an intelligence officer in the United States Navy, with operational deployments in Kosovo and Iraq, as well as admiral’s staff assignments at the Pentagon. Michael earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and he holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. In his spare time, you’ll find Michael spending time with his family, surfing, and backcountry skiing.

Kieran Donovan is the CEO and founding member of k-ID, a first-of-its-kind global compliance engine that makes it easy for game developers and parents to ensure the safety and privacy of kids and teens online. In his role, Kieran uses his decade of experience working at the frontier of data protection and online safety regulation to manage the company and technology overall. Kieran works closely with well-known regulators and safety organizations worldwide to maintain k-ID’s groundbreaking technology and database, including UNICEF and ESRB Privacy Certified. The only person to have ever been named Privacy Lawyer of the Year multiple times, Kieran has advised some of the world's most well-known online platforms on how to architect solutions to efficiently navigate emerging regulatory challenges across the world. Some of the most popular games in the world today feature family portals and youth onboarding flows designed by Kieran. He has been recognized by Chambers, Legal 500, Asian Legal Business (ALB), and more as one of the world's leading technology and data protection lawyers.

Nate Jones is Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy & Development at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). In his role at SIE he looks after long term strategy and strategic planning as well as mergers & acquisitions, investments and post-merger integration. Nate and his team led the acquisitions of Bungie, Housemarque, Firesprite, Bluepoint, Valkyrie, Nixxes, Firewalk, Haven, Savage, Audeze, iSIZE, Repeat.gg and EVO as well as investments in FROM Software, Accelbyte, Devolver Digital and Discord. Prior to joining SIE Nate held a number of executive roles at other interactive entertainment companies across the console, PC and mobile sectors including Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Turbine (acquired by Warner Bros.), Glu Mobile, and Mayhem.gg (acquired by Niantic). At Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, over a ten year tenure, Nate co-founded the mobile games business and led mobile game publishing, launching and supporting over 45 premium and free-to-play games based on premier IPs including Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, LEGO, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, Batman, Superman and the DC Universe.  Prior to working directly in the video games business, Nate held senior roles in strategy consulting and investment banking including at Lazard where he covered the video games, communications, mobility and digital media sectors. Nate earned a BA in Business Economics and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He resides in Lafayette, California with his wife and two children and enjoys soccer, cheering for Boston’s professional sports teams, and of course video games.

Previously, she was a Product Designer for the Walt Disney Company and was an early employee at start-ups in Europe and Canada.

As the founder of Proletariat Inc., he grew the team to over 130 people, raised numerous rounds of investment, and spearheaded several award winning games leading to the studio's successful acquisition by Activision Blizzard. While at Blizzard, Seth has held the role of VP of Development for World of Warcraft and Studio Head of Blizzard Boston.

Aleksander Larsen is the Co-Founder, Chairman and COO of Sky Mavis, the creators of Axie Infinity and Ronin Network. He is a seasoned web3 executive with 6 years of industry experience and leads the business side of Sky Mavis. He has a solid track record as an angel investor and advisor, having invested in over 20 different companies. His biggest wins include seed investing in Nansen and YGG. He's a founding board member of the Blockchain Game Alliance and a Venture Partner at South-Korean Venture firm Hashed. He also has a background as a competitive gamer in various RTS games and prior to the building in web3 he worked in the traditional gaming space.

Angik Sarkar, Co-founder and CEO of Ixana, is a serial entrepreneur and technology innovator with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. His doctoral research focused on 100x efficiency increase of neural network implementations in spin-magnet systems, bridging advanced theory with practical applications. With over 8 years of research leadership experience at Intel and in his own ventures, Angik has a proven track record of commercializing complex technologies. His previous startup, Waylo, commercialized a price prediction machine learning algorithm that achieved millions in gross revenue before a successful acquisition in 2020.
